Our incredible beef fillet is hand butchered by our experienced team of butchers to bring you the finest beef product that money can buy. All our beef is 21 day dry aged and this will not only deliver a great depth of flavour, but also unsurpassed tenderness and melt-in the mouth texture. As this muscle does little work it is naturally very lean and is perfect for roasting, cut into steaks or for special occasions wrapped in a golden pastry as a beef wellington.
